Nebraska High School Volleyball - Tri County tips Sterling

September 14, 2023: Sterling, NE 68443

Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Sterling Jets (Sterling, NE), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Tri County will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record. The Jeffs come into the match with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Crete (Crete, NE).

With the loss, Sterling falls to 2-7 on the season. The Jets host Diller-Odell (Odell, NE) to meet the Griffin in a D2 District 1 game on Monday, September 18. The Griffin enter the game with a record of 6-3. Diller-Odell lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Johnson-Brock (Johnson, NE)
