Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL) and the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), saw Hinsdale South's soccer squad triumph over Glenbard South by a count of 5-0.

The Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL). The Mustangs enter the West Suburban - Gold battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Berwyn/Cicero Morton Chaminade (St. Louis, MO), 3-3, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a Upstate Eight - East battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Glenbard South will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bison enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL).
