South Dakota High School Soccer - Vermillion knocks off Groton

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Vermillion Tanagers soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Groton Tigers.
The Tanagers (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Kernels go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Mitchell was overwhelmed by Watertown (Watertown, SD), 5-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tigers play the Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 17. Groton will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 0-4 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Vermillion (Vermillion, SD).
