The North Tahoe Lakers soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Quincy Trojans to 1 in the Lakers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lakers now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Yerington for a 3A Northern - West bout on Tuesday, September 17. North Tahoe will play a Lions squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Lions record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Quincy moves to 6-8 on the year. The Trojans travel to Paradise Adventist Academy (Paradise, CA) to play the Cougars in a Pioneer bout on Thursday, September 19. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-0.
