In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Glenwood Titans.
The Bulldogs (12-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Taylorville (Taylorville, IL). The Tornadoes enter the Apollo challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Taylorville beat Charleston (Charleston, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Titans meet the Lincoln Railsplitters (Lincoln, IL) in a Central State Eight challenge, on Tuesday, September 17. Glenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Railsplitters enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL).
