Kansas High School Volleyball - Nemaha Central over Marysville

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) and the visiting Marysville Bulldogs (Marysville, KS), observed Nemaha Central's volleyball team top Marysville by a count of 2-0.

The Thunder (17-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Creek (St. George, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Rock Creek notched a victory over Chapman (Chapman, KS), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Atchison County Tigers (Effingham, KS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Marysville will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Horton (Horton, KS).
