Georgia High School Volleyball - Westminster Woodward Academy

September 14, 2024: College Park, GA 30337

The Westminster Wildcats volleyball squad (Atlanta, GA), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Woodward Academy War Eagles (College Park, GA)

With the win, Woodward Academy improves its record to 22-1 on the season. The War Eagles host Decatur (Decatur, GA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 5A Area 4 battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 12-6. Decatur lost 2-0 in their recent league battle against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA)

The Wildcats now own a 16-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centennial for a 4A Area 6 battle on Thursday, September 19. Westminster will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kell (Marietta, GA). The Knights record now stands at 3-12.
