The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) and the host Springfield Blue Devils (Holland, OH), saw Northview's volleyball squad beat Springfield by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Northview upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Gilmour Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph Academy (Cleveland, OH)

The Blue Devils now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Northview for a bout on Tuesday, October 11.
