In Thursday's league battle, the host Crimson Cliffs Mustangs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Cedar Reds.
The Mustangs (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Hurricane (Hurricane, UT). The Tigers go into the 4A Region 10 battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Hurricane Dixie (St. George, UT), 2-2, in a league battle.
The Reds (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Parowan (Parowan, UT). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Parowan nipped Beaver (Beaver, UT), 8-0, in a league battle.
