Virginia High School Volleyball - Alexandria City can't hold off Lake Braddock

In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Lake Braddock Bruins volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Alexandria City Titans.
The Bruins (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Woodson nudged West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Titans encounter the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 16. Alexandria City will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Cadets come into the battle with a 5-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
