Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), 14-0 in a league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lanier for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 19. Grayson will face a Longhorns squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Jackson County (Jefferson, GA). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, South Gwinnett falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Comets host Newton (Covington, GA) to meet the Rams in a 7A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, September 20. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 1-10. Newton lost 13-0 in their recent league battle against Parkview (Lilburn, GA)
