South Carolina High School Volleyball - South Aiken over Airport

September 15, 2022: West Columbia, SC 29170

In Thursday's league contest, the South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) volleyball squad were winner over the host Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Thoroughbreds face the Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 17. South Aiken will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Laurens (Laurens, SC).

With the loss, Airport moves to 5-3 on the year. The Eagles host Gilbert (Gilbert, SC) to face the Indians in a non-league contest on Monday, September 19. The Indians go into the contest with a record of 8-4. Gilbert won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC)
