New York High School Volleyball - AuSable Valley edged by Saranac Lake

The Saranac Lake Red Storm held off the host AuSable Valley Patriots volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Red Storm now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Placid for a Section 7 Freelance test on Monday, September 19. Saranac Lake will confront a Bombers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY). The Bombers record now stands at 2-1.

The Patriots (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Peru (Peru, NY). The Nighthawks enter the Section 7 Freelance test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Peru held off Saranac (Saranac, NY), 3-0, in a league test.
