The Grace Community Cougars topped the host Bishop Dunne Falcons volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Cougars now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coram Deo Academy for a TAPPS 5A District 2 test on Tuesday, September 20. Grace Community will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep (Dallas, TX). The Lions record now stands at 15-12.
The Falcons (8-17) will now prepare for their test against Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Lions enter the TAPPS 5A District 2 test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Grapevine Faith Christian was knocked off by Coram Deo Academy (Flower Mound, TX), 3-1, in a league test.
