Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Olympians battle the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) in a Schuylkill County 1 match, on Thursday, September 15. Jim Thorpe will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Crimson Tide come into the match with a 5-2 record after their 3-1 league win over North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA).

With the loss, Blue Mountain drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA) to battle the Crimson Tide in a Schuylkill County 1 match on Thursday, September 29. The Crimson Tide come into the match with a record of 5-2.
