The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Stanton Mustangs (Stanton, NE) and the host Boone Central/Newman Grove Cardinals (Albion, NE), saw Stanton's volleyball squad beat Boone Central/Newman Grove by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Stanton upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 15.
