In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Brookville Bees volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Staunton River Golden Eagles.
The Bees (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers come into the Seminole battle with a 4-2 record.
Next, the Golden Eagles clash with the Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 19. Staunton River will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Bengals come into the battle with a 5-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Halifax County (South Boston, VA).
