The West Point Pointers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Carver College and Career Academy to 0 in the Pointers league victory on Thursday.
The Pointers now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster for a non-league game on Monday, September 19. West Point will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Northampton (Eastville, VA). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-3.
The (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Blue Devils enter the Tidewater game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Mathews was dropped by Fredericksburg Victory (Fredericksburg, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
