The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) and the visiting Centennial Apaches (Compton, CA), saw Leuzinger's volleyball squad beat Centennial by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Leuzinger upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Olympians travel to Poly (Sun Valley, CA) to play the Parrots in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Parrots go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Poly won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Arleta (Arleta, CA)

The Apaches now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Morningside for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 21. Centennial will play a Monarchs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 0-2.
