Ohio High School Volleyball - Riverside crushed by Covington

The Covington Buccs topped the host Riverside Pirates volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Buccs now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miami East for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 20. Covington will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bethel (Tipp City, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 8-2.

The Pirates (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Newton Local gained a win over Dixie (New Lebanon, OH), 3-1, in a league test.
