The David Crockett Pioneers volleyball team (Jonesborough, TN), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting West Ridge Wolves (Blountville, TN)

The Wolves (10-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Hilltoppers enter the AAA District 1 challenge with a 22-7 record. In their last challenge, Science Hill went down by Maryville (Maryville, TN), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers encounter the Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 19. David Crockett will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Fighting Cyclones enter the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA).
