In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Deshler Dragons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Kenesaw Blue Devils.

The Dragons (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin (Franklin, NE). The Flyers come into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Franklin lost by Hampton (Hampton, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Silver Lake Mustangs (Roseland, NE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 20. Kenesaw will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 8-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE).
