The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) and the visiting Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY), saw George Rogers Clark's volleyball squad beat Estill County by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, George Rogers Clark upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Cardinals host Bourbon County (Paris, KY) to play the Colonels in a District 40 bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 4-9.

The Engineers now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Morgan County for a non-league bout on Monday, September 19.
