The Gramercy Christian Warriors volleyball team (Newport, NC), went down 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Fellowship Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC)

The (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Christian Academy (Zebulon, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Christian Academy defeated Varsity Opponent (, ), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

The Warriors now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Jacksonville Christian Academy for a NCCAA 2A South bout on Friday, September 16. Gramercy Christian will play a Conquerors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Christ Covenant (Winterville, NC). The Conquerors record now stands at 1-4.
