North Carolina High School Volleyball - Forbush over North Wilkes

September 15, 2022: East Bend, NC 27018

Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting North Wilkes Vikings (Hays, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC) in a Foothills 2A match, on Tuesday, September 20. Forbush will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record.

With the loss, North Wilkes drops to 7-5 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Starmount (Boonville, NC) to clash with the Rams in a non-league match on Monday, September 19. The Rams come into the match with a record of 6-5. Starmount lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Alleghany (Sparta, NC)
