The Hayfield Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lewis Lancers to 0 in the Hawks league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Vernon for a National game on Tuesday, September 20. Hayfield will confront a Majors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Majors record now stands at 1-3.
The Lancers (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Eagles enter the National game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Edison gained a win over Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
