The Johnson County Longhorns volleyball team (Mountain City, TN), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Sullivan East Patriots (Bluff City, TN)

The Patriots (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Tennessee (Bristol, TN). The Vikings enter the AA District 1 challenge with a 18-4 record. In their last challenge, Tennessee defeated Volunteer (Church Hill, TN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Longhorns meet the Unicoi County Blue Devils (Erwin, TN) in a AA District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Johnson County will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record.
