Utah High School Volleyball - Maeser Prep Academy over Merit Preparatory Academy

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Maeser Prep Academy Lions (Lindon, UT) and the visiting Merit Preparatory Academy Knights (Springville, UT), saw Maeser Prep Academy's volleyball squad beat Merit Preparatory Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Maeser Prep Academy upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Pinnacle (Price, UT) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Pinnacle lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Monticello (Monticello, UT)

The Knights now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Manila for a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. Merit Preparatory Academy will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Tabiona (Tabiona, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-4.
