With the win, Wallkill upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Panthers host Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Monday, September 19. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Monroe-Woodbury won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Kingston (Kingston, NY)

The Huguenots now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rondout Valley for a MHAL bout on Tuesday, September 20. New Paltz will play a Ganders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Fallsburg (Fallsburg, NY). The Ganders record now stands at 1-3.
