Texas High School Volleyball - Prince of Peace tips Vanguard College Prep

The Prince of Peace Eagles (Carrollton, TX) volleyball nudged the visiting Vanguard College Prep Vikings (Waco, TX), 3-2 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Prince of Peace betters its record to 18-4 on the year. The Eagles host Covenant (Dallas, TX) to face the Knights in a TAPPS 4A District 2 outing on Tuesday, September 20. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 2-6. Covenant lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX)

The Vikings now sport a 16-4 record. They play next when they host Brook Hill for a TAPPS 4A District 2 outing on Tuesday, September 20. Vanguard College Prep will face a Guard squad coming off a 3-0 league win over All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Guard record now stands at 12-15.
