Nebraska High School Football - Pierce beat Roncalli Catholic

The Pierce Bluejays football squad scored 37 points and restricted the host Roncalli Catholic Crimson Pride to 28 in the Bluejays non-league victory on Friday.

The Bluejays now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wayne for a C1 District 4 battle on Friday, September 22. Pierce will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 35-7 non-league loss to Raymond Central (Raymond, NE). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-3.

Coming up next, the Crimson Pride play the Boys Town Cowboys (Boys Town, NE) in a C1 District 1 battle, on Friday, September 22. Roncalli Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Cowboys enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 26-0 non-league win over Falls City (Falls City, NE).
