The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles football team (Yankton, SD), was beaten 27-14 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD)
The Governors (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Watertown (Watertown, SD). The Arrows come into the Eastern South Dakota - AA challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Watertown knocked off Washington (Sioux Falls, SD), 41-27, in a non-league challenge.
The Bucks/Gazelles now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tea for a Eastern South Dakota - AA challenge on Friday, September 22. Yankton will meet a Titans team coming off a 66-8 non-league win over Douglas (Box Elder, SD). The Titans record now stands at 3-1.
