Indiana High School Football - Rensselaer Central crushed by West Lafayette

September 15, 2023: West Lafayette, IN 47906

In Friday's league challenge, the West Lafayette Red Devils (West Lafayette, IN) football team overwhelmed the visiting Rensselaer Central Bombers (Rensselaer, IN), by a score of 40-6.

The Red Devils (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Benton Central (Oxford, IN). The Bison come into the Hoosier - West challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Benton Central was ripped by Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN), 41-14, in a league challenge.

The Bombers now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lafayette Central Catholic for a Hoosier - West challenge on Friday, September 22. Rensselaer Central will meet a Knights team coming off a 49-7 non-league win over Tipton (Tipton, IN). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
