In Friday's league battle, the host Ridgeway Roadrunners soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs.
The Roadrunners (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Kirby (Memphis, TN). The Cougars come into the AA District 16 battle with a 0-2 record.
The Pharaohs (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against First Assembly Christian (Cordova, TN). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, First Assembly Christian was nudged by Harding Academy (Memphis, TN), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
