Next, the Cougars confront the Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR) in a 3A/2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Illinois Valley will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Chieftains enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 8-0 league loss to St. Mary's (Medford, OR).

The Honkers now possess a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rogue Valley Adventist for a 3A/2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 challenge on Tuesday, September 19.
