The Appling Christian Academy Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Peoples Baptist Academy Knights to 2 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Baptist Christian Academy for a non-league game on Monday, September 18. Appling Christian Academy will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Faith Christian Academy (Yulee, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 17-1.
The Knights (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Mountain Area Christian Academy (Morganton, GA). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Mountain Area Christian Academy was nudged by Covenant Christian Academy (Cumming, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
