The Marshall Barristers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Carson Colts to 1 in the Barristers non-league victory on Friday.

The Barristers now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle Rock for a Northern game on Monday, September 18. Marshall will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over Franklin (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-8.

The Colts (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Parrots enter the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Poly gained a win over Narbonne (Harbor City, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
