In Friday's league contest, the Hoosic Valley Indians (Schaghticoke, NY) volleyball squad knocked off the host Mechanicville Red Raiders (Mechanicville, NY), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Indians battle the Hartford Central Tanagers (Hartford, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 18. Hoosic Valley will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Tanagers go into the outing with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Warrensburg (Warrensburg, NY).
