Madison West Regents (Madison, WI) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Edgewood Crusaders (Madison, WI), 3-0 in a league outing.

The Regents now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Middleton for a Big Eight outing on Thursday, September 18. Madison West will play a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Fort Atkinson (Fort Atkinson, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 19-0.

With the loss, Edgewood drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Madison Memorial (Madison, WI) to play the Spartans in a Big Eight outing on Wednesday, September 17. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 3-6. Madison Memorial won 3-1 in their recent league game against Sun Prairie United (Sun Prairie, WI)
