California High School Flag Football - Destiny Christian Academy prevails Casa Roble

In Monday's league match, the visiting Destiny Christian Academy Lions flag football squad scored a good 33-21 triumph over the Casa Roble Rams.

The Lions (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA). The Knights come into the Golden Empire League test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Rio Linda knocked off El Camino (Sacramento, CA), 40-0, in a league test.

With the defeat, Casa Roble drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Placer (Auburn, CA) to meet the Hillmen in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Hillmen come into the test with a record of 4-3. Placer won 27-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Wheatland (Wheatland, CA)
