California High School Flag Football - Cypress edged by Esperanza

The Esperanza Aztecs got by the visiting Cypress Centurions flag football team by a score of 13-7 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Aztecs face the Sonora Raiders (La Habra, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, September 17. Esperanza will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 46-6 league loss to Canyon (Anaheim, CA).

With the defeat, Cypress drops to 10-5 on the campaign. The Centurions host Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA) to clash with the Saints in a outing on Wednesday, September 17.
