The Katella Knights flag football team scored 18 points and held the visiting Ocean View Seahawks to 6 in the Knights non-league victory on Monday.

In their next game, the Knights face the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 17. Katella will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Grizzlies enter the game with a 3-6 record after their 20-6 non-league loss to Buena Park (Buena Park, CA).

The Seahawks (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Costa Mesa was knocked off by Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA), 26-21, in a league outing.
