With the win, Esperanza advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to confront the Comanches in a match on Monday, September 22. The Comanches come into the match with a record of 7-5. Canyon won 27-0 in their recent league match against Sonora (La Habra, CA)

Coming up next, the Centurions confront the Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA) in a battle, on Wednesday, September 17. Cypress will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Saints go into the battle with a 11-3 record after their 40-13 non-league win over Esperanza (Anaheim, CA).
