In Monday's league outing, the host Northwest Jaguars soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles.
The Jaguars (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD). The Coyotes go into the Class 4A West I outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Clarksburg edged Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD), 6-1, in a non-league test.
The Screamin' Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Watkins Mill for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 17. Seneca Valley will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-2.
