New Mexico High School Soccer - Highland knocks off Valley

The Highland Hornets soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host Valley Vikings to 1 in the Hornets non-league victory on Monday.
The Hornets now hold a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 20.
The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their game against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, West Mesa was overwhelmed by Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 3-1, in a non-league game.
