Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC) boosters went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the host James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC), 2-1 in a league outing.

The Gators (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Greene Central was tipped by D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Johnston for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30.
