The Stallions now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy for a Catawba River 1A/2A/3A bout on Wednesday, September 17. Queen's Grant will play a Gryphons squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Carolina International falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Comets host Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC) to face the Mariners in a Catawba River 1A/2A/3A game on Wednesday, September 17. The Mariners come into the game with a record of 5-3. Jackson Day won 7-0 in their recent league game against Sugar Creek Charter (Charlotte, NC)
