The Mt. Pleasant Kilties soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Cranston East Thunderbolts to 1 in the Kilties league victory on Monday.
The Kilties now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ponaganset for a Division 3 game on Tuesday, September 16. Mt. Pleasant will face a Chieftains team coming off a 6-2 league win over Block Island (New Shoreham, RI). The Chieftains record now stands at 2-4.
The Thunderbolts (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Panthers come into the Division 3 game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Johnston by Prout (Wakefield, RI), 4-2, in a league game.
