Fans at Monday's league battle between the Gettysburg Warriors (Gettysburg, PA) and the visiting Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA), saw Gettysburg's soccer squad hold off Mifflin County by a count of 2-1.

The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, PA). The Indians enter the Mid-Penn - Colonial battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Waynesboro tipped West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Huskies battle the James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle, on Wednesday, September 17. Mifflin County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
