Fans at Monday's league battle between the Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN) and the visiting Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN), saw Hermantown's soccer squad knock off Marshall by a count of 3-0.

The Hawks (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks come into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Bemidji by Pelican Rapids (Pelican Rapids, MN), 1-0, in a non-league match.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Croix Prep for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 23.
